What happened?
Sir Peter Fahy, Chief constable of greater Manchester police prosecuted for shooting at unarmed Mr Anthony Grainger in the chest. Therefore if convicted the force could face an unlimited fine, however its said from a secondary research by Danny Shaw ‘British police forces had been successfully prosecuted for health and safety breaches in the past’


Who was there?
The two suspects victim Anthony Grainger and Sir Peter Fahy.


Why did it happen?
This happened as the Officer Sir Peter fahy who tried to prevent Mr grainger from stealing and audi in a car park which had false registration plates.


When did it happen?
Anthony Grainger was shot in the chest after the car he was in was stopped in culcheth on 3rd march 2012.


Where did it happen?
Culcheth, Manchester In the car park.
